TURFBOND Adhesive Limited Warranty
For a period of 8 years, commencing on the date of completed installation, TURFBOND warrants the supplied TURFBOND Adhesive. This warranty applies to the adhesive applied to the material supplied by the contractor and manufacturer. It does not apply to the synthetic turf itself or the installation thereof and is limited to the seams assembled using TURFBOND.
This warranty is not intended to replace, supplement, or add to the warranties or guaranties of the manufacturer of the material or the installer of the material. TURFBOND makes no warranty whatsoever with respect to any materials, product or installation of any other party.
Upon written notice of the owner, TURFBOND will make necessary repairs to the seams of the referenced field to return it to playable condition equivalent to the current state of the rest of the field at the time of receipt of the notice. The repair of seams only applies to the portion of the field seams that have failed the warranty. It does not apply to the entirety of the field seams unless it can be proven that all such seams have failed.
All warranties are subject to proper maintenance of the field in its entirety as per the turf manufacturer’s and installers guidelines. Failure to properly maintain the field or improper application of the adhesive voids this warranty. The obligation of TURFBOND is limited solely to the repair and replacement of the defective component and does not extend to any damage, harm, consequential or incidental damages resulting thereby.
